We operate our business from home and therefore use our computer everyday. On many occasions, we have required the help of various software, hardware and DELL help desks, speaking to respective technicians to help us when in difficulty.  Most seem to be reasonably effective in their special field but on nearly all occasions we were left a little in the dark.

Crozier Logging Company 

As the manager of Crozier logging business we employ 40 people using five computers to maintain for our client and partnership business. Every week is hectic and finding time to learn how to fix problems with the Internet or keep the computers working has been difficult.

For years we relied on computer technicians from Wagga Wagga but this has not always been satisfactory as many problems were left unresolved.
